Go Green

Hello All,

I was so thrilled last week when I discovered I had won a GDT spot on Raise The Bar challenge, even more so, when later that day I learned that I had also won a prize in the Craft B
arn's February challenge!
For my GDT spot I had to make a card with the theme of 'Go Green', and this is what I came up with.

The branch stamp is by Hero Arts and the bird is by Autumn Leaves. The D.P's are by Artylicious and Doodlebug. I used tiny beads, glitter, punched flowers and ribbon to embellish.
Haven't had much time this week for crafting as I've been away for a few days and would have liked to have spent some more time on this. Have a look at the creations over at RTB for some fab inspiration.

Must dash now, as I need to put the finishing touches on my Mother's Day card.

TFL,
Fiona x

  1. Many congratulations on your GDT spot Fiona. Great news! I'll have to look at Raise the Bar as I've not heard of that one.
I really love your card too-just gorgeous and the green is beautiful.
Lucky you to win the Craft Barn voucher too-I did see this as I follow the blog but have yet to do a challenge.

  5. Congrats on your GDT spot Fiona and your card is beautiful! Love the green theme and the stamps you used are gorgeous along with your design. That waxed thread you asked about was from Hobbycraft, near the beading section if I remember correctly. Hope you're well and it was great to see you at the Barn as always. Thanks again for the lovely surprise, it didn't last long :). Speak soon, Chris xx
