I was much more organized this month and remembered to take my snaps earlier instead of leaving it to the last minute. I loved the March subjects and hope I've done them justice. I am getting braver and now ask people if I may take their photograph....I tell them I'm a photography student! So far I've had no refusals.

ReplyDeleteI like the spoon necklace - as a necklace and as an interpretation of the topic! xx
ReplyDeleteGreat set of photos, all nicely taken. Lettuce was one of my possibilities yesterday when I was looking for crisp, and I had hoped to find some of those bracelets made out of forks or something similar for jewellery! I like you photos for flowers and M.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos … I love the colours in the berry one.

There's some great interpretations here, Fi! Love the barber's shop and the colour of that front door and the spoon necklace. xxx
ReplyDeleteGreat set of photos. I love coloured doors, so it was lovely to a bright turquoise one and how original for your cutlery, a spoon fashioned into a necklace pendant, I think that's my favourite.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos. Your crisp lettuce is inspired and the flowers are lovely.

Such fabulous photos as ever, Fiona, you really do have a good eye. Well, two actually... I love the beautiful magnolia and the berries against the bright blue sky, the tulips in the sunshine, and that gorgeous warm brickwork. Lovely! xxx
ReplyDeleteMagic photos Fiona - always love magnolia, not just the beautiful blooms, but also the shape of the trees, and really like your take on crisp. Just perfect xx
ReplyDeleteYou take beautiful photos. So many to love but I particularly like grate and crisp. Like everyone else, the necklace is really interesting too. x
ReplyDeleteA lovely variety of photos ~ starting with that magnolia just getting ready to bloom and give off that unique fragrance ~ also loved the tulips...so ready for spring colour! The necklace is stunning, and the turquoise door very eye catching. Loved all your choices.
ReplyDeleteHi Fiona, another batch of great photos for the scavenger hunt & a great interpretation of the list.

Super photos!! Parking ticket, BUMMER!! Do love your flowers, the Magnolia and the spoon necklace. I have a spoon necklace, I should wear it!!
ReplyDeleteI love your interpretation of working and the magnolia most of all but really, all your shots are great.
ReplyDeleteI love your photos..and the grated cheese looks tasty. All those beautiful flowers!
ReplyDeleteGreat photography and great moments captured :)
ReplyDeleteYou're a really good photographer Fiona. Some really nice images there. I need to work a lot harder on mine, it's so rushed and not even straight. I feel seasick looking at my pictures.
ReplyDeleteYou got some great shots. Love the barber at work - I still haven't worked up the courage to ask people if I can take their pics. The magnolia is so pretty as is the cute brick house.
ReplyDeleteThese are absolutely exquisite and so cleverly thought out!!! The spoon necklace is so clever- I actually have a fork bracelet- WHY didn't I think of snapping that!?!?!
ReplyDeleteThat cabbage looks very tasty and so crisp- I failed to get crisp. I just kept forgetting and then when I published it, it was on my phone so couldn't add anything!
Grate is SUCH a good shot- clever too!x
Hello Fiona, I enjoyed tagging along with you through your scavenger hunt. Your photography is great. My favorite is the cabbage. I found you from a comment that you left on a sister blogger's site and now I am following you. I would love to have you visit my blog and maybe you will be so kind as to follow me, too. I so enjoy making new blogging friends.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend,
Connie :)
Your photos are awesome, Fiona! I really enjoyed all the textures shown in the set. And the flower box! Every time I fly into Colorado from someplace with lots of water, I am blown away by how arid and brown the plains are. It's really quite stunning. I loved "scuppered!" ~ Haven't heard that in a long time! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos, you've caught that Magnolia beautifully, the lovely mix of colours and the freshness. Xxx
ReplyDeleteFun pictures! They're very springy.
ReplyDeleteJust read your comment on Vix's post, you talking to your 14 year old daughter. I think shoes are the area where men and women differ so much. When I look at the shoes some girls and women wear it reminds me of the old Chinese bound feet. Those teetery high heels with the thick soles - much hated in A&Es up and down the country. Men would never put themselves through such torture!
ReplyDeleteSome nice shots.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.
Hello and what beautiful images...you obviously have a good eye for style!?!
